Our Classes

Our Adult classes at SC Studios are all about providing a safe space where you can train, keep fit and immerse yourself in a wholly supportive and empowering space. Whether you are looking to start a new hobby, keep fit or reconnect with dance as an adult, our classes provide a safe space for adults of any age and walk of life to experience the joy of dance.

*Please note that we are only running Heels classes until Christmas. This class currently runs on Wednesdays from 7:15-8:15pm. Our new timetable and classes will commence in January 2025.

Ballet

mondays 6.30-7.30pm

Ballet is a graceful and rewarding dance style that welcomes dancers of all experience levels to enjoy it's beauty and benefits. This classical form is perfect for adults seeking to improve their posture, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being in a supportive and welcoming environment. Strength & Stretch

mondays 7.30-8.30pm

Strength & Stretch is a balanced and invigorating class designed to enhance your fitness by combining muscle-strengthening exercises with deep, rejuvenating stretches. Ideal for adults of all fitness levels, this class focuses on building core stability, improving flexibility, and increasing overall body strength. Contemporary Dance

tuesdays 6-7pm

Contemporary Dance is a captivating and expressive style that combines elements of ballet, modern, and lyrical dance to create a unique and fluid movement language. Perfect for those who want to explore the emotional and artistic side of dance, Contemporary offers a space for creativity, self-expression, and storytelling through movement. It’s a fantastic way to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness while connecting deeply with music and emotion. Dance Fit

tuesdays 7-8pm

Dance Fit is a fun and energizing workout that blends dance and fitness to get you moving, sweating, and smiling. Perfect for adults of all fitness levels, this class combines upbeat music with easy-to-follow dance routines that make exercising feel like a party. Dance Fit helps improve your cardiovascular health, strength, and coordination while boosting your mood and energy levels. Commercial Dance

Wednesdays 7-8pm

Commercial Dance is an exciting, high-energy style that brings the thrill of music videos and live performances straight to the dance studio. Blending elements of hip-hop, jazz, and street dance, it’s perfect for anyone looking to build confidence, express themselves, and have fun while learning powerful and dynamic moves. Whether you're looking to improve your performance skills or simply want to experience a dance style that is bold and empowering, Commercial Dance offers an engaging way to get moving. Join us and discover why this popular dance form is loved for its creativity, versatility, and show-stopping flair!

open Heels Class

Currently Wednesdays 7.15-8.15pm

*From Jan 2025- Wednesdays 8-9pm

Our Heels classes focus on femininity, self-love and empowering ourselves and each other. Learn the foundations of dancing in a heel and put it into practise with choreography to iconic songs. Disconnect from the day, reconnect with your sensuality, find body confidence and most importantly have a BLAST in a room filled with incredible, supportive dancers! This class is an Open class, meaning that it is suitable for beginners & improvers.

*Wearing heels is optional. You are more than welcome to wear flats if you feel more comfortable!
